動力系統(tǒng)檢查Power System Inspection1.檢查發(fā)動機機油油位；2.檢查散熱器液位；3.對散熱器表面的灰塵雜物用高壓空氣（≤700KPa或7kg/cm2）清理散熱器管、片之間的雜物，防止散熱系統(tǒng)效率降低或失效；4、及時清除發(fā)動機缸頭油污。1.Check the engine oil level.2.Inspect the radiator fluid level.3.Use high-pressure air (≤700KPa ｏｒ 7kg/cm2) to clean any dust ｏｒ debris on the radiator's surface, between the radiator pipes and fins, to prevent a reduction in the efficiency ｏｒ failure of the cooling system.4.Promptly remove any oil residue ｆｒｏｍ the engine cylinder head.

傳動系統(tǒng)檢查Transmission System Inspection1、檢查變速箱油位，檢查并清潔變速箱呼吸器；2、檢查驅(qū)動橋油液是否充足，油液不足時及時添加；3、檢查清潔驅(qū)動橋呼吸器，保證呼吸器通道的暢通；4、檢查輪胎氣壓；5、檢查輪輞及重要部位的螺栓并進行緊固。

電器系統(tǒng)檢查
Electrical System Inspection

1、檢查蓄電池狀態(tài)

（1）檢查蓄電池狀態(tài)指示器(電眼)：

綠色：蓄電池電量充足，可以正常啟動車輛；

黑色：蓄電池電量不足，蓄電池需補充電；

白色：蓄電池報廢，需更換。

2、檢查皮帶松緊度

（1）檢查風(fēng)扇皮帶；

（2）檢查空調(diào)壓縮機皮帶。

3、檢查插頭部位確認各接插件有無松動，針腳有無腐蝕，若有異常應(yīng)使用專用清洗劑處理。線路要經(jīng)常檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)老化、破損時，必須及時防護或更換，以防止電器線路短路，釀成火災(zāi)。

1.Check the battery status.

(1) Check the battery status indicator (eye):

Green: Battery charge is sufficient, and the vehicle can start normally.

Black: Battery charge is low, and the battery needs recharging.

White: Battery is faulty and needs replacement.

2.Check the tension of belts.

1) Inspect the fan belt.

(2) Inspect the air conditioning compressor belt.

3.Examine plug connections to confirm whether connectors are loose, pins are corroded. If any abnormalities are found, use a specialized cleaning agent. Electrical wiring should be regularly inspected for signs of aging ｏｒ damage, and must be adequately protected ｏｒ replaced in a timely manner to prevent electrical shorts that could lead to fires.

制動系統(tǒng)檢查

Brake System Inspection

1、檢查行車制動性能、檢查駐車制動性能；

2、檢查制動加力泵油位，油液不足時及時添加；

3、清理加力泵蓋表面的污泥垢，確保油杯蓋排氣孔及呼吸器通道的暢通；

4、檢查制動鉗剎車片磨損程度，磨損過多時及時進行更換；

5、對于配裝空氣干燥罐的機型，必須按照保養(yǎng)要求進行保養(yǎng)。

1.Check the driving brake performance and inspect the parking brake performance.

2.Check the brake booster pump fluid level, and top up if it's low.

3.Clean the surface of the brake booster pump cover to ensure the vent holes in the fluid cup cover and breather are clear.

4.Inspect the brake caliper and brake pad wear level, and ｒｅｐｌａｃｅ them promptly if they are excessively worn.

5.For models equipped with an air dryer tank, maintenance must be carried out according to the maintenance requirements.
